Friday, Eldredge & Clark is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael M. Pollock. Pollock will practice in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group where he will primarily focus on advising clients in various areas of taxation and business transactions; including federal, state and local tax matters, tax controversies, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions, formation and planning.
Michael’s practice will continue his emphasis and focus on advising clients and industries on state and local tax matters, including helping to shape state tax law by working directly with administrative and legislative officials. Pollock is skilled in tax law research and has experience in complex tax matters. He is adept at identifying and planning for potential legal obstacles.
Pollock holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern University, Pritzker School of Law. He is also an alumnus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law as well as the University of Arkansas where he earned his bachelor’s degree in History in 2015.
