ROGERS, AR – Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP announced today that Caroline Kelley has joined the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in Rogers. Caroline focuses her practice on all aspects of business mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation, as well as general business formation and entity selection.

Prior to joining the firm, Caroline advised businesses and individuals on a wide range of transactional and tax matters. Her experience includes counseling clients on federal income taxation for individuals and business entities, state and local tax issues, tax incentives, and matters involving nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.
Caroline earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis after receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from Hendrix College.
