Amie Schoeppel Wilcox

Amie’s practice includes healthcare regulatory and compliance matters such as HIPAA, Stark I and Stark II, Anti-Kickback, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and physician and hospital organization issues. Amie’s clients include hospitals, physician groups and other medical service providers. She also works with employers on employment-based immigration matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Amie developed a professional policy background while working with various organizations such as the National Agricultural Law Center, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and the United States Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agricultural Service.

Amie was named “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America for her work in healthcare law each year since 2022.
