Jordan T. Sharp is an associate in the firm’s Trust and Estate Planning Group, and is based in the firm’s Rogers, Arkansas office. His practice concentrates on estate planning; estate, gift, and generation-skipping taxation; tax planning for individuals, and tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations. Specifically, Jordan advises clients on comprehensive estate planning documents; estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning; charitable giving and planning; fiduciary tax returns for estates and trusts; and probate and trust administrations. In his tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations practice, Jordan advises public, private, and governmental organizations exempt from federal income tax on a broad range of tax and corporate matters, including formation, governance, tax exemption, and ongoing compliance. Additionally, Jordan advises clients on entity formation, succession planning, and other related tax and business matters.
Jordan completed a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Spring 2022. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Ouachita Baptist University. While at Ouachita, he was a student-athlete on the football team and president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
