Ashtyn G. Pike is a member of the Employee Benefits and Tax Law Practice Group, focusing on employee benefits, taxation, and executive compensation matters. Her practice areas include the design, implementation, compliance, and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and health and welfare benefit plans. Ashtyn also assists plan sponsors with ERISA regulatory compliance and state and federal tax issues.
Ashtyn joined the firm following her work as a Regulatory Resolution Specialist at a local accounting firm, where she provided tax guidance and managed tax resolution projects.
Ashtyn earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. She is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with an anticipated completion date of December 2025. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Arkansas State University.
