BIOGRAPHY

Lindsey Emerson Raines is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. On behalf of her clients, Lindsey has pursued commercial and residential foreclosures and evictions, breach of contract claims, and related causes of action. She has represented financial institutions, creditors, commercial property owners, and other business entities in various types of litigation and bankruptcy matters, including efforts to protect collateral and to defend against preferential transfer claims. In the intellectual property area, Lindsey has advised clients regarding trademark and copyright protections and has assisted clients with trademark and copyright applications.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey worked as a staff attorney to the Honorable Richard D. Taylor in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She is a 2016 graduate from the University of Mississippi School of Law and received her bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Arkansas.

Lindsey has been named as "One to Watch" by Best Lawyers in America for her work in banking, bankruptcy and intellectual property work.
