We are frequently the lawyers of choice when the most prestigious companies and law firms in the country seek regional or local counsel. Perhaps this is because of our reputation for service and results. For example, Chambers and Partners USA, arguably the most thoroughly researched directory to rank law firms and lawyers, places the firm in the top band, saying, “As one of Arkansas’s largest and oldest firms, Friday, Eldredge & Clark sits at the top of the list for its diverse litigation practice and deeply experienced attorneys. The firm represents clients in everything from general commercial litigation to class actions and medical malpractice defense, and sources agree that “it knows what needs to be done to win, and has the resources to do it.”

Five of our trial lawyers are Advocates (experience with 50+ trials) or Diplomates (experience with 100+ trials) in the American Board of Trial Advocates. We have an almost unprecedented six lawyers in the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization limited to less than 1% of a state’s lawyer population. The American College’s website says, “Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality.” Regardless of whether a lawyer in our firm has qualified for the American Board of Trial Advocates or the American College of Trial Lawyers, each of our trial lawyers is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, diligence, and excellence.
